Getting new contracts and detailing proposed work and scope for proposals. Advising client of alternatives and best moves of processing entitlements through the agency. Planning Commission meetings. Recordation of maps and signatures for improvement plans. Supervision of design and preparation of layouts for designers and drafters for Tentative Subdivision Maps and construction drawings, SWPP, Lot mergers, Lot Line adjustments. Visualization of before and after for eminent domain by Flood Control Agency for lawsuit (client won before court, after visual)
