Consultant Responsible for all entitlement, land planning and agency liaison, design and development for project completion of construction documents. Correspondence with consultants and sub consultants including engineers, architects, and contractors. Site Planning, site visualizations (of before and after), meetings with agencies, engineers and architects to review and comment on agency submittals, recordation of maps and signatures for improvement plans, scheduling and completion dates for getting project to construction. Clients included: Sid Afshar New faze development CCS (California Cad Solutions) Triple S ranch
