Daily Duties at New Faze Development:
Responsible for all entitlement and agency liaison and correspondence with consultants and sub consultants including engineers, architects, contractors. Mainly to take project from conception to construction. Responsible for bids, advertising, scheduling, recordation of maps and signatures for improvement plans, and expensing the project for construction. Mainly responsible for the entitlement and planning or master planning portion of processing the project for hand off to the construction manager to start of construction. Successful in acquiring 2 grants for one million dollars each for construction funds. Negotiation of affordable housing components for project development. Negotiated mitigation measures that were beneficial to the project and no or minimal impact to the client financially.
