Prepared and analyzed all paperwork and documentation related to security movement within all U.S. Bank trust accounts, each individually worth over $1,000,000. Demonstrated ability to research, balance and maintain security positions with timely and accurate follow-up. Completed updates as necessary. Collaborated with teammates and outside entities to facilitate proper transfer of securities. Fielded approximately 100 calls on a daily basis regarding customer inquiries of mutual fund activity, handled with a customer service minded approach and professional attitude. Processed mutual fund trades and account maintenance requests. Fulfilled National Quality Review standards while dispensing detailed, accurate and comprehensive account information.
