Daily Duties at Quad Graphics:

Responsible for the creation of monthly financial statements for the finishing division, generated statements for each of the nine Quad Graphics facilities. Managed all accounting aspects for sales revenues totaling greater than $400 million annually. Partnered with inventory control department to ensure accuracy of all supply and machine repair purchase orders totaling $68 million annually. Developed custom access and excel based reports for internal stakeholders ranging from floor manager level to company Vice Presidents. Managed the allocation of labor and depreciation to correct departments based on total labor hours, machine usage, and jobs per employee. Responsible for quarterly inventory reconciliation of all machine supplies.
