Daily Duties at Ddn:

Led a team of 9 professional employees providing contract management services to over 45 client pharmaceutical manufacturers. Responsible for budget creation, sales forecasting, employee training, department and personal goal setting aligned with corporate initiatives. Launched contract management as stand alone service increasing department revenue from $225k annual in 2006 to $2.5M by year end 2009. Conducted onsite, annual, business reviews to client executive staff delivering DDN KPI metrics while discussing service levels and expectations. Managed project coordinator on successful implementation of new chargeback system. Launched new Supply Chain Analytics service utilizing Axway software to provide client manufacturers full reporting visibility to EDI 844, 852 and 867 transaction data. Involved in department sales and marketing. Designed marketing materials and presentation decks. Added a networking presence at industry trade shows by delivering speeches and exhibiting. Delivered new client capability presentations and implementations. Lead team of 3 analysts for all government pricing computations (AMP, NFAMP, ASP, PHS, BP), gross to net calculations and sales/contract analysis. Direct interaction with executive level employees at each client manufacturer. Responsible for department service metrics such as processing chargeback lines per month with a 3 day completion turnaround. 95% processed same day. Calculated government pricing values for over 850 NDCs each month across nearly 40 labeler codes. All pricing due 30 days after the month end. Actively involved in Dispute Resolution for state Medicaid and Managed Care contracts. Developed and adhered to company government pricing Standard Operating Procedures. Performed ad-hoc financial reporting for management of drug manufacturers. Including “what if” scenarios to determine impact to bottom line on different business decisions such as contracting and pricing changes. Processed chargebacks for 30 client manufacturers by maintaining 780 Group Purchasing Organization, Government, and Wholesaler Source Program contracts.
