Daily Duties at Saic:

Prepare invoices in accordance with contract specifications, proof and approve before releasing to customer Analyze accounts for billing discrepancies, labor certifications and un-billable elements Monthly review and reconciliation of accounts Follow-up and resolution of outstanding billing issues and preparing final invoices Prepare SF1034/1035 for DOD contract billing, as well as sub invoices, including Legacy template and manual invoices Record invoices into WAWF and work directly with customer for approval Review contract funding, complete SOX required billing checklists, as well as Universal Line Item (ULO) and Travel Summary Reports (TSR’s) Responsible for timely collections of aged receivables for government and/or commercial customers Work directly with Program Managers, Project Control, Contracts and Subcontracts to guarantee billing accuracy Attend contract meetings regularly to discuss billing issues with other departments
