As Virtual Senior Staffing Specialist/Manager, supported Honeywell's (TS) Transportation Systems division, comprising of (HTT) Honeywell Turbo Technologies and (CPG) Consumer Products Group; and also their (SM) Specialty Materials division spanning all locations across North America. Focused on end-to end recruitment cycle besides preparation of staffing metrics, ATS management, training of new recruiters and adherence to compliances.
