As a Compliance Specialist with the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Branch, Public Health Program; I developed and maintained memoranda of understanding between the Childhood Lead Compliance Unit and local agencies. I developed and maintained a database tracking system to monitor the budgetary aspects of the Compliance and Enforcement Unit. Prepared workshops for local agencies, conducted internal and onsite audits. Performed program evaluations and planning, prepared issue papers, researched work and made recommendations to management. Supervised data entry clerk and acted as lead public health analyst. Wrote over 5 issue papers on various issues impacting the childhood lead program which included updating forms, to maintaining standards. Helped organization the childhood lead program, by establishing and creating desk and field audit reports and forms.
