Developed roadmap and provided sell in support. • Developed a clear vision around handset accessories and restructured the portfolio to focus on higher value opportunities • Drove innovation in product roadmap focused on context-based experiences, leading to a 25% attach rate with key handsets • Developed research projects with Marketing to obtain consumer feedback • Identified $11M in previously uncovered margin opportunities
