Daily Duties at Eei Communications:
•Managed the writing, editing, design, production, and printing of numerous types of publications •Directed 20 to 30 projects at a time series (each consisting of 10+ unique sections) most of which are on tight schedules •Created/monitored budgets and schedules to insure timeliness and quality control are maintained •Directed the estimating, receiving, and expensing process •Conducted meetings with clients, subject matter experts, and internal staff to assess needs and determine direction and the most efficient approach to the project. •Customized procedures and assembled teams to meet individual customer needs while maintaining costs, quality and schedule.
