• Process and examine restricted securities submitted by independent brokers and custodians for corporate actions processing • Communicate with senior management regarding aged payments securities outstanding for back office operations • Assist and communicate with broker dealers regarding Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) Rule 144/144K/144a/145/and Regulation S restrictions • Correspond with the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) regarding equity processing procedures and statusing • Liaison between broker dealers, daily correspondents, and internal clients with transfer agents • Managed Rush/Million reports for high profile clients with due diligence • Service Clients daily through NetEXPRO Service Center
