Daily Duties at Hatch Mott Mac Donald Wsdot Alaskan Way Viaduct Project:
The project was a 3 to 4 billion dollar replacement of an elevated freeway. HMM had the program management contract for the project. •Developed the project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and Master Schedule for the eleven year project using P3 5.0. •Developed and assisted in the development of the Enterprise and Organizational Breakdown structures, global and enterprise coding, and program layouts. •Developed six different construction replacement scenarios consisting of a street option, a tunneling option, an elevated option, and three lesser options. Worked with the City of Seattle, the Port of Seattle, King County and state of Washington transportation department to supply “What if Schedules” to measure time of construction, cash flow, and impacts to businesses, Port of Seattle access and egress, and traffic. •Performed monthly critical path analysis of the engineering effort by lead firm Parsons Brinkerhoff. Compared monthly progress against the baseline schedule and produce progress graphics for senior management. •Developed an extensive schedule for tracking the EIS (environmental impact statement) for each construction scenario.
