Oversaw all aspects of Construction Management division. Directed various elements such as IT system installs, facility upgrades, security upgrades, and refurbishments. Negotiated and administered various government contracts, Developed new project bid packages including post-award justifications. Defined schedules. Supervised inspection staff. Major Contributions: · Championed 19 projects for state, and various county and city agencies spanning from $100K to multimillion dollar value; included school and prison systems. · Completed, submitted, negotiated, and finalized numerous change orders left by predecessor. · Coordinated, reviewed, developed, negotiated, justified and submitted numerous change orders for major school renovation, allowing for timely school year opening. · Maintained and updated monthly construction schedules with justification for delays and request for time extensions. · Reviewed and maintained project budgets. · Developed and submitted monthly pay requisitions utilizing AIA documents.
