Negotiated and administered various government contracts, Developed new project bid packages including post-award justifications. Defined schedules. Supervised inspection staff. Major Contributions: · Championed 19 projects for state, and various county and city agencies spanning from $100K to multimillion dollar value; included school and prison systems. · Completed, submitted, negotiated, and finalized numerous change orders left by predecessor. · Coordinated, reviewed, developed, negotiated, justified and submitted numerous change orders for major school renovation, allowing for timely school year opening. · Maintained and updated monthly construction schedules with justification for delays and request for time extensions. · Reviewed and maintained project budgets. · Developed and submitted monthly pay requisitions utilizing AIA documents.
