Major Contributions: · Built and managed all aspects of Commercial Construction Department, playing major role in expanding company scope from solely residential to include large commercial clients. · Generated +35 projects totaling +$1.5M in 2 years, ~20% of all projects companywide, championing strategic business development, client acquisition, and marketing plans. · Eliminated substantial costs and time, improving processes and operations. · Streamlined company operations, introducing new software, email system, and documentation.
