Oversaw main office construction staff. Reviewed and drafted new corporate documents to include contracts. Setup document controls. Assisted in interviewing and replacing Pm & superintendent that left company. Assitend PM in bringing Md Guard project from the design phase to construction, developing both the schedule and Project Quality Control Program. Completed (closed out) another Guard project when the superintendent left the company. Assigned as Corporate QC manager, developing and teaching the program.
