Held full P&L ownership for 2 plants with annual sales of $19 million. Supervised 7 direct reports and 142 indirect reports; reported to the VP of Operations. Ensured product quality, timely delivery and 24x7 production scheduling. Worked closely with customers and the Florida DOT. Maintained fleet of delivery trucks and all plant equipment. Developed SOPs and annual budgets.
