Sold services and negotiated contracts while performing Operations Manager duties, seizing full P&L ownership of $7.5 million project. Led land clearing and construction activities for dewatering plant prior to operating the plant. Hired and trained team members, supervised 13 employees (6/24-hour operation), and conducted performance evaluations. Prepared annual budgets. Documented and submitted all test results to the various local and regional government bodies. Pulled construction permits, organized subcontractors, and represented the company in HR matters. Acted as point of contact between company and city/state regulator agencies.
