Daily Duties at Vgt, Inc:

-Updated the existing test plans. -Developed test cases, updated the existing test cases, executed the test plans, logged the defects using test track pro and assigned them to project managers. -Involved in testing of protocols, client/server applications. -Performed functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, system testing and load testing. -Used Share Point to report the testing activities on work products. -Involved in Network testing. -Used Ethereal tool to capture the communication between the clients and servers. -Used QTP for functional testing and data driven testing. -Attended defect assessment meetings with the developers to resolve the issues. -Written SQL queries to retrieve data from SQL Server database. -Responsible for sending the weekly status reports to QA lead on weekly basis.
