Daily Duties at Houghton College:
Oversaw total operation of college food service program for small college of 1100 students. Purchasing, budget, staffing and staff supervision, menu, special dietary needs, supervised cash operation. All building and equipment upkeep, Catering for all speical events including summer conference schedule and many fine dining, dinner theater and other formal events. Began as a pastry assistant and worked through the ranks to manager.
