Beta PM for internal IT and early deployment team. Created test plans and managed execution of Sun internal beta testing. Provided Go/No-Go recommendation on pre-release products. * Managed testing at Six Sigma quality (less than 2.4 defects per 1 million tests) for three years. * Played a major role in decreasing hardware DOA return rates by 25% and ensuring 100% install success on shipped software. Identified more than 600 critical issues before products shipped.
