Software release Beta PM collaborating with NPI design teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction of pre-release operating system and “middleware” software products. * Increased “early adopter” community from zero to over 8,000 participants, world-wide. * Beta applications increased from roughly a dozen to over 300, per customer program. * Saved the company millions of dollars in support costs, post-release, through the early identification of customer issues discovered in Beta testing.
