Daily Duties at Pickwick Manufacturing :
1) Assist Engineering to introduce new products with quality standards in place.2) Assisted the Manufacturing Manager by using my chemistry background where I changed the paint process for wet and dry chemical applications. 3) chaired the process for development of cell manufacturing process required by 2 customers. 4)Hired new inspectors and developed training for them. 5) Handled shipping and receiving issues to resolve sub contract parts issues. 6) assisted in customer payable issues in order to resolve a cash flow problem.
