• Converted the core Order Entry, Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Invoicing, Shipping and Sales History systems from using an IAM database system to utilizing IDMS/DMB and CICS concepts. • Provided customer support and applications maintenance on IDMS/CICS based Invoicing and Sales History system. • Performed projects to add new product lines and new paper mills to Invoicing, Sales History and Shipping systems. • Added new product lines, new paper mills, and new wharehouses to Invoicing, Sales History and Shipping systems.
