Daily Duties at Sbs Technology:
• Provided support and developed enhancements on a Mainframe Training and Regulatory Compliancy Tracking System utilizing Ads/Online, COBOL, IDMS, Visual Basic and FTP. • Designed and implemented an application using COBOL, CICS, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access to extract Federal Payroll Tax information form a Client/Server Payroll Tax Processing System, interfaced with Corporate Payroll, Corporate Treasure, Financial, and Legal departments as well as transmitted information to the company’s bank and to the US Treasury Department. • Designed and implemented a Client/Server application written in Visual Basic and Microsoft Access to track and report pledges that employees made to the Corporate United Way program. • Provided technical support to apply maintenance upgrades to a Client/Server based payroll tax accounting system. • Managed a Project charged with bringing the Training and Compliancy Tracking system up to current maintenance level and converting it to Year 2000 standards.
