Daily Duties at Mc Lane Company:
Monitored and managed replenishment levels for each of the 14 Distribution Centers located throughout the US. Met with vendors to plan and implement new products to defined categories depending on the C-Store unit. Early on with McLane I underwent a management training program which exposed me to all aspects of a top name distrbution company. Spent 2 months travelling conducting time and motion studies at new distribution centers in order to establish optimal productivity levels in each department for order pulling.
