Daily Duties at Boanta & Associates:

Work closely with the executive management and sales and marketing teams toward business development. Participate in pre-sales meetings as technical resource. Coordinate with the executive team to manage the sales pipeline and qualify opportunities. Improve Service Desk processes and integrate with various clients to accommodate a Managed Services Model.  Manage the implementation of an ITIL compliant Service Support process and refine the Service Desk function. o Perform processes in each of the following process groups as determined by the stakeholders: initiate, plan, execution, manage and control, and closing the projects. o Act as central point of contact between the End-User and Service Management. Program functionality included managing overall incidents and service requests, providing guidance for activities such as Problem, Change Control, Configuration, Release, Service Level, and Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Management. o Gather specific support requirements for external clients and customize Atlasina/Jira implementation to accommodate particular trouble ticket, bug tracking, or asset control requirements. o Implement a CMDB and developed a Knowledge Base for each client. o Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix environment.  Manage the Incident and Problem management process: o Investigation and Diagnosis o Classification & Support o Problem control o Incident Ownership, Monitoring, Tracking and Communication o Resolution, Recovery or Escalation to Vendor management o Error control and resolution monitoring  Managed a five employee matrix team.
