Daily Duties at General Electric (Engine Services):
Managed a $150 mil, 350-person commercial jet engine maintenance and service business; quality, engineering, PIC, materials, manufacturing and assembly. 11 supervisors (multi-shift), PIC Mgr, QC Mgr, ME Mgr. Direct interface ownership with airlines to develop engine maintenance programs, SOW’s (statement of work), quality systems and customer owned inventory control systems. Responsible for FAA and military contractual compliance and integration
