Daily Duties at Synergy Gold Group:
- Tracking company finances using AS400 for a Manufacturing Company; supervised the AP, AR, and ADP-Payroll staff, maintained the general ledger, and extracted data to construct financial reports, negotiated terms to charge-backs, managed account allocations, EDI, bank deposit, wire transfers, and excellent customer service. - Reported directly to the Controller; assisted by providing constant feedback from the accounting staff. - Liaison between IT department, accounting staff and clients. Maintained accounts database. Created and monitored EDI invoice transmissions and payments; completed and submitted monthly end closing and bank roll-forward. - Trained and supervised personnel in work tasks and related activities.
