- Personnel management, accounting, budgeting, operations, purchasing, and customer relations and troubleshooting of faulty equipment, along with: - Created product database, monitored purchases and payments via system inquiry; managed all accounting and business operations including obtaining MBE Certification. - Handled customer complaints; encouraged a friendly customer-service environment. - Interfaced with vendors to insure all product inventories were ordered, delivered and appropriately price listed. - Prepared contract amendments with vendors, designers and contractors.
