• Managed multiple full lifecycle projects simultaneously, management of an outsourced IT vendor involving coordination of resources, scheduling, and task management. • Managed billing and IT services for two office branch locations including international support for offshore employees in a dual role as a Help Desk Manager. • Managed an international Blackberry server program involving national and international users. Coordinated the purchase, delivery, device implementation, and training of mobile devices. • Enhanced data classification system by inventorying, classifying and creating a new data folder structure, improving overall magazine production workflow.
