Managed and oversaw early adoption of cornerstone technologies that became the foundation for future growth including development of the web presence of Oxford University Press for the United States. Grew the web sales from $0K to $2.7m` in less than 5 years. Led the shaping and integration of the Web Environment within SAP. Successfully managed multiple conversions as part of life-cycle management. Introduced and successfully implemented remote access when applications were in their infancy. Managed the move and building of data center and network at new distribution center, with 500+ data access points (PCs, terminals, handhelds, printers, etc.).
