70V3579 family – Designed and laid out part of the data path for a 166MHz, 1 M-bit synchronous dual-port SRAM. The first silicon was ready to sell. 72V72100 family – Designed and laid out part of the data path for a 72-bit word, synchronous 100MHz DRAM FIFO. Shrank ESD cells with the help of the technology group. 72V51256 family – Invented part of the architecture of a multi-queue FIFO. The architecture was awarded a patent. Created layout pcells and wrote SKILL.
