Daily Duties at Williams International:
Responsible for developing a process improvement approach and leading the implementing activity and creating a continuous flow approach to manufacturing and assembly of low thrust military and business jet engines. Responsibilities included multi site operations, new production, R&D, new product introduction processes, global supply chain integration (customer to raw material suppliers) and engineering.
