Daily Duties at Pentair, Inc:
Sr corporate executive driving Operational Excellence / lean activity for a $3.5bil, 56 site, 15,000 employee global business. Responsible for all, enterprise transformation activity and processes to execute improvement; working directly with GBU Presidents, Supply, Engineering and Ops VP’s to dive strategy deployment, transformation planning and global footprint. Provide monthly / quarterly progress reviews with CEO/COO/CFO and corp. officers and lead global footprint and operation strategy focus. Direct the activities of 6 GBU and 5 regional lean directors / leaders in continuous improvement planning and execution. Developed and maintain ‘ownership’ and ‘authorship’ of our business process excellence website and a standard work approach to utilization.
