Daily Duties at Rapid Park Industries :

• Assisted in maintaining nine parking garages and overseeing all vehicles, parking attendants, billing, claims, meetings, ordering supplies, kept track of manifests, assigned decals and conducted weekly audits. • Maintained the actual vehicle make, model, and license plate number matched database records. • Developed storage sheets from information compiled of each vehicle, matching stickers provided to them for billing purposes. • Followed up with accounting administrator on all phases of billing, scheduled billing, cancellations, and adjustments, and prepared billing for hospital administrators. • Prepared claims report for review, investigated all claims reported, and prepared check requests or denial letters. • Monthly meetings with Management and Field Directors, with minutes recorded. • Report maintenance issues to Field Director and NYPH Real Estate Office. • Software’s – Yardi Systems and Shark Byte.
