Daily Duties at Sire Technologies:
Developed a product footprint in Northeast market with ~40 key high-level accounts for new document management services technology. Established a marketing and sales execution strategy for selling into state and local government verticals including Philadelphia Gas Works and New York City’s and Boston’s Housing Authorities. Set and managed quota based sales goals. • Exceeded goal of penetrating larger state and local governments within 6 months (18 months ahead of schedule) by developing customer and product awareness in the market. • Established a new Request For Proposal process that allowed entry into government bid process; included consulting and statement of work. • Developed a new marketing strategy for products and services based on customer feedback and observed customers needs resulting opening new account relationships.
