Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Oversaw development of Finance, data warehouse, and reporting applications. Coordinated multi-functional teams of developers, support engineers, and testers. Managed software implementation, training, and documentation processes. Supported eight enterprise data warehouses and >250 reports. • Eliminated $100M variance in quarterly reporting of real revenues by migrating revenue systems for 160 countries into consolidated enterprise revenue reporting system. Additionally increased compliance at local and enterprise levels, while overcoming significant cultural barriers. • Dramatically increased global support by establishing Follow the Sun support model, later adopted by multiple organizations within company.
