• Provide administrative support to the Executive VP of Facilities Management, Executive VP of Finance, Executive VP of Supply Chain and the Site Services Department • Maintained travel, calendar and expense reports for department heads and directors so as to enhance their organization and time management • Managed timelines, reports, logs and expense items on small projects to ensure timely and cost effective completion • Act as point of contact/help resource for the department to aid in the efficiency and cohesiveness of the department • Assisted with the management of the onsite Café and coordinated related events for all departments including catering and team building events • Performed vendor management for Site Services department to ensure quality vendors for all professional services on site • Created department web portal and maintained it as a communication source for all department procedures and policies • Assisted Site Services department with on-boarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition and more productivity • Scheduled and directed work and small projects for Site Services Technicians in order to maintain the professional appearance and mechanics of all buildings on site • Assisted Sr. Space Planner with small projects management
