Daily Duties at Company Confidential:

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Global Workplace Resources and the Executive VP of Facilities Management in addition to managing the Sunnyvale branch • Compiled all data to create furniture standards/specifications binder for use in all new construction build out projects within the entire company • Implemented package tracking system and processes to enhance and support all mailroom and shipping/receiving functions • Implemented visitor management system and processes to improve building security • Support all departments and administrative tasks at the Sunnyvale site, (165 people), including calendar management, expense reports and travel arrangements allowing them to be able to be more productive in the workplace. • Handle daily projects/issues with Sunnyvale building management and all vendors, including Purchase Order’s & Change Orders to ensure budgetary accuracy and project completion. • Maintain and support on site event management/company lunches to maintain good employee morale. • Support Recruiting team w/ interview process. • Assist in site space planning activities & implementation; new hire set ups and all personnel moves to ensure smooth transitions and moves for all employees. • Support the internal Ergonomic program activities, including equipment installation, in order to reduce occurrences of workplace injuries and/or claims. • Coordinate and implement CAD database activities & capacity reports to assist with department budget preparation. • Assist with reception/lobby activities as needed to maintain a professional lobby appearance and maintain a good first impression of the company. • Perform other tasks as requested and in so doing, promote teamwork.
