• Team leader for employee continuous improvement initiatives that include lean manufacturing trainer, quality improvements and identification of cost-take out opportunities for stainless and plastic product lines. • Assisted with coordination of audit teams, community service, lean and value-added teams, safety teams, mechanical and technical training. • Provided training to employees to reduce cost, assess risk and reports status through reviews and project tracking methods. • Participated in multifunctional teams on product audits, pre workout, workout, and post workout lean activities. • Scheduled daily production and materials assignments, data collection, product inspections, and review of design changes impact on productivity. • Assisted with financial and inventory auditing to drive monthly initiatives.
