Daily Duties at First Choice Products & Services:
FCP&S is a Professional Management consulting firm specializing in Construction management, IT Asset management and Managed service provider services. The company was started in November of 2000 as BlueGlass Technology and developed proprietary software to integrate PDA technology with Peregrine Asset Center. FCP&S also provided professional management consulting for Build-out and Relocation projects. I was in charge of all operational actives for the company. Legal, accounting (AP and AR), Human resources (Benefits and incentive programs), Staffing of Programmers and Budget control for new products as well as all Project managers and project associated staff.
