Daily Duties at Us Web:
Manage the consolidation of 3 different companies (Mitchell Madison Group, USWEB and Whitman-Hart) for the corporate real estate and office services group. Manage $250 million in capitol spending for the reconfiguration of offices on the East cost, which comprised of 12 cities, 27 offices and approximately 4,200 employees in the US and Canada. Manage the opening of new office space in South America and Mexico. Manage all existing leased properties from Toronto to Miami, South America and Mexico. Create project plan, goals and achievements, hire new staff and re-organize existing staff. In addition I managed relocation teams with budgets from $25 million to $200 million comprised of owner’s representatives, consultants, architects, MEP’s, General contractors with multiple vendors and trades. Plan and build the IT department for the east coast region.
