Diagnosed and repaired multiple scanners to include United parcel Post Aquarius type. Kroger and Home Depot MC 9060 Scanners. Triaged, pre-tested and repaired as necessary all facets of repair to ensure a like new appearance and functionality of all products. Trained personnel on refurbishing parts to defray company costs. Maintained a high level of reworked parts to enable productivity with no units place in a hold status. Verified repairs and quality assurance. Six sigma white badge certified
