Daily Duties at American Community National Bank:

My original task as President/CEO was to overcome a pendign cease and desist order form the Office of the Comptroller of Currency. During the year prior to my employment, the Chief Lendign Officer was charged with embezzzlement of approximately $3.4 million. The bank had unacceptable capital level, minimal profits, and deposit runoff. I directed the recapitalization of the bank, replacement of 50% of the staff, and stopped the deposit runoff. In a 24 month period my team was able to produce record profits and grew the bank from $100 million to $420 million via a couple of mergers and acquisiations.

What they like about American Community National Bank:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
