Daily Duties at Wes Banco Bank:

After the sale of Oak Hill Banks to WesBanco, I was responsible for the reorganization and conversion of the 31 Oak Hill Banking Offices into the WesBanco system. This included initiating and completing the sale of eight Oak Hill banking offices to three difference financial institutions, and combining the remaining 31 Oak Hill Banking Offices with the existing 17 WesBanco Banking Offices in the State of Ohio. In addiiton, assisted with the conversion of the Oak Hill Insurance Agency subsidiary and the Investment Services subsidiary into the respective subs of WesBanco. After the conversion, I assumed repsonsibility of the retail and commercial banking operations in the State of Ohio; assets totaled in excess of $2.5 billion.
