Recruited from GE to lead HR integration with corporate US headquarters serving in newly created senior HR position. Became first Asia Pacific HR leader for Customer Advocacy group in region. Managed manpower requirements, talent and leadership assessment, budget administration and general HR affairs for Customer Advocacy business in Asia – arm of Cisco responsible for sales services and technical support in virtually all Asia Pacific countries. •Built HR partnering strategy for Customer Advocacy group in Asia. Promoted to new role. Managed communications, activities and policy development for 6 business functions in addition to manufacturing. Promoted business and leadership development as part of Worldwide Executive Leadership group and Asia Leadership council. •Spearheaded development of “Local Plus” program allowing relocation of technical employees around Asia without expatriate cost structure. •Drove retention and recognition of highly prized technical engineers through development of global design team encouraging company loyalty.
