Daily Duties at Wingate By Wyndham:

-Implement all existing & new policies and procedures to Front Desk, Guest Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Breakfast staff. -Maintain proper staffing of all Front Desk, Bellman, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Breakfast staff through hiring, terminating, and/or promotion, etc. -Train and develop all Front Desk, Bellman, and Breakfast personnel. -Schedule and monitor all shifts concerning Front Desk, Bellman and Breakfast staff. -Conduct and complete all employee evaluation forms and pay rate changes accurately and on schedule. -Plan and conduct monthly or bimonthly staff meetings, which train, inform, and motivate all staff to excel in all aspects of the hotel. -Facilitate Wyndham’s Count on Me Culture training, One to One training, Person in Charge (Emergency Response) training and Go Green program. -Maintain all office supplies and building equipment by keeping a complete inventory, as well as monitoring and ordering replacement supplies or equipment. -Strive to be innovative in new programs designed to increase productivity, control labor costs, and eliminate waste. -Perform all daily and weekly reports promptly and accurately Monday through Friday as well as deposits. -Accurately maintain, control, and submit bi-weekly payroll, time clock reports, paychecks and bonus programs to all employees. (Time Force Program) -Maintain accurate and current records of Account Receivables. -Maintain accurate and current records of all Petty Cash expenditures. -Manage current group, corporate, association and SMERF accounts as well striving to find new accounts and contacts. -Manager the daily duties of property management. -Revenue management, forecasting, and adjusting annual budget. -Development of the marketing plan for the hotel.
