Daily Duties at The Wingate By Wyndham:
-Conduct direct outside sales for the hotel. Meet clients, maintain relationships with current client base, develop new clients and customers. Use phone, computer and PMS system at hotel as sales tools. -Accurately reported weekly progress through automated sales systems and weekly variance reports. -Worked effectively with the other departments and with a collaborative sales effort. -Structured my time to schedule 20-25 effective outside sales calls and approximately 75 telemarketing calls on a weekly basis. -Manage current group, corporate, association and SMERF accounts as well striving to find new accounts and contacts. -Manager the daily duties of the sales department -Revenue management, forecasting, and adjusting the annual budget. -Development of the marketing plan for the hotel.
