•Coordinated logistical elements of up to 50 events per month including domestic and foreign travel, ground transportation, Visa documentation and security requirements. •Worked as exclusive contact for high-profile individuals including retired Generals, former politicians and political advisors, and media figures. •Collected and organized information regarding client history, program objectives, resources and logistics. •Assembled collected data into briefing documents for clients, speakers, and senior staff. •Consulted with individuals from sales, marketing, finance, and other disciplines. • Worked as a team with individuals from all levels of the organization including the President, CEO, CFO, sales professionals, senior and junior Event Planners, and others. •Resolved problems regarding logistical arrangements and maintained constant availability for speakers. •Wrote and approved press releases and marketing materials for speaking events. •Managed vendor relationships for department and served as liaison.
